[Infectonator : World Dom]

Okay here's my review.

Glitches:

- Still sometimes when you click the infection disappears right away so you just wasted 1 infection.
- Sometimes it wont let me click at all
- The infection bullets sometimes disappear without even hitting anything.

Fixes Needed:

-When I come out of a level it should really show the city I just came out of, NOT the city of the highest level. When I am trying to beat a level I keep having to scroll back to the city I want to beat every time I fail. Even when I beat the highest level city, it still brings me back to it after each level.
- I maxed out everything (on the bottom of the screen) after completing 3 countries. It made it very easy and very boring after this part until I killed about 2 more countries, then it got harder. But it wasn't fun to keep playing after this point because the player was no longer required to actually think about his actions.. Just click.. infect.. store.. buy random upgrades who cares which ones.. next level..
- Okay so I made it to the harder levels now.. Whats new here? anything? Nope? Okay.. this is where I quit playing. It got very boring. Seriously, you should have created more environmental hazards, like perhaps swimming pools that slow your zombies down, or maybe the humans bring in tanks and helicopters. Something that will get the player thinking! The part I liked was when I had to strategize in the earlier levels, I needed to make sure I was buying the right power ups to complete specific levels.
- Control the map with ASDW and Arrow keys please
- Why is there no way to tell how or why we unlock the special zombies? I unlocked the Tank one and thats it.. I still dont know how I unlocked him.
- The zombies end up getting way too focused on the sides of the screen. I think when new people come in they should be invincible for 2 seconds and they cant shoot or attack during this time. Also it seems when people come in they stop at the side of the screen to attack or if they dont have guns they just run around gliding along the sides of the screen... This causes a 'side of the screen pile up' which is so not cool. It just makes things very easy and.. awkward.
- It would be nice if the special zombies would change color or shape when upgrading them
- Ok I am still playing as I write this review. And I noticed that once you kill the special character he is now your zombie. I like this, and it does add some strategy, but the levels are still too easy. The level I just played, my zombies completely raped the sides of the screen! There were about 9 deaths in the middle and about 121 on the sides... okay..??
- Also I just unlocked 4 special characters in America.. ??
- So I am quitting the game now. Its just too easy and there is no variation on the gameplay at all..

It was a fun game, but needs a LOT of polish! I loved the first ones.. although they also needed a lot of polish, I also posted a huge review for those ones explaining the glitches I had and some other things.

I only do this because I care! I want this to succeed because I think this game could be so much more. I hope you release an iPhone version or something and just expand this idea beyond the basics of what it is.. It needs more variation to keep the player engaged. It WAS fun though for a while, just got way too easy.

[I Hate Ice Levels]

wow, I didnt even knew I hated ice levels until I played this game.

pretty cool

kept me entertained for a while.

Theres a glitch for when you run out of lives - you dont restart the game it just sends you to the next level every time you die. So I cheated an beat every level that way once I ran outta lives. But I didnt get achievements for those levels (I didnt destroy the bricks I just killed myself repeatedly after around level 12)

Cool little game though, I think the paddle might be too small for players to try and curve the ball, its too risky! And the reward is basically nothing, you cant really pin point a brick with the curve so even if you had the skill it wouldnt earn you anything. I did manage to curve the ball so fast that it ended up going in repeated circles in one spot though! That was kinda cool.

People are idiots for complaining this is a rip off. Yes it is a rip off, but a good one! i mean probably only 2% of all games out therea re original so stfu people.

I found this game to be pretty fun, although some ideas you seriously needed to come up with on your own!

But honestly the amount of effects in this game are staggering! Light effects, physics, squishy physics, ai, etc..

I didnt like world of goo so I didnt like those moments of the game. And some parts like the riding in the slippery cave type things just felt waay to similar to Gish. I mean its one thing to take a great idea and expand on it, and its another to just flat out copy ideas.

Great effort though, good coding etc. I say never time have more originality!

I loved it. I played till the end with Huckle Hound, I looove Huckle Hound :)

But then once I beat it, the game went to the title screen with no buttons or anything. It was just frozen on the title screen.. no where to go after that, no high score board or anything..

so I give 8/10 for that.

I never give10s but this deserves it. Although the glitches make me give it an 8 and some other reasons.

some glitches
-when i click to infect zombies sometimes the little zombie pellets wont shoot out wasting like 3 seconds then goes back to the store screen.
-I got mad scientist without even unlocking everything (I did unlock all the bottom upgrades though)

Also other then that, the fucking achievements that come up in game piss me off so effing much! They are there for too long and you waste 3 seconds closing them and you cant get coins behind it.. So they are more of a punishment then a achievement. Also I noticed you changed them to a smaller faster dissapearing version. I played the game through, then closed the window, tried again and they were back to the old achievements!

Anyways, if you fix these issues, its a 10/10 game. Great game! I hate the rambo guys! so hard!

Very nnice game with smooth physics, very fun too aactually. I wasnt expecting much since these games are getting pretty bland and repetitive. But I like the gem feature, its cool!

Thanks for the info! I'll need to look through the code why it fails with adBlocker... If the CPMStar ad code somehow makes the game unplayable, visit Kongregate, the game doesn't have ads there...

I think I can fix it, you guys need to wait for eight hours until I get back home, let's see...

I never give 10's since theres always room for improvement. However I will give this a 10 for the full release if the bugs are fixed.

Very very very fun man. Some glitches
-after dying on the end guy, the sounds for collecting eggs wouldnt go.
-when you get a feather it would freeze the screen for a second or two.
-SERIOUSLY, I got to the code thing, read your post, went to your site (actually I started on your site since I go there a lot) and yet there is no code for this stupid thing. Gimme a code please! I tried the date it was released in many different combinations,and it didnt work :(

I love this game man, might be the best flash game I have ever played. Cant wait for it to be finished. I dont ever pay for online games or computer games in general, but I would actually buy this game.

really really fun. But I found a glitch where the girl goes invisible in the nightmare part, then she is invisible for the rest of the game too.

It happened after I got hit by an enemy after accepting like 4 missions, then ran out of time and was invisible for the rest of the game.

Also I wish you wouldnt lose all your hard earned work when you die. Does it save anything? Other then the portals?
